Abel is a Living Legend in Texas. He has toured the globe with his incredible talents and is currently residing in Clear Lake Texas. As you can see by the sample above Abel attracts top musicians to come play in his free style atmosphere sets. You never know who is coming but you know it will be worth watching. Hurricanes, Floods, Pandemics, and USA unrest has not stopped Abel. 

When Abel was offered the opportunity to go to a NEW CONCEPT in high schools, at the time, he would take a 2 hour bus ride to school everyday because music was the one thing that made his life complete. He was immersed in music at the Houston High School of Performing Arts and life was perfect - except the long bus ride to and from.
His dreams starting coming true and he practiced harder and longer and of course got better. Bucket list Number 1- first Grand Piano and life was good. Dreams do come true. Then in 2008 mother nature decided he did not need a Grand Piano and sent Hurricane Ike to take it from him. That was like losing a real close friend but music is in Abel's blood. Up Abel came again. His recording studio started pumping out high energy tunes and with the constant sax and flute love songs he is known for. Then Harvey came and dumped 51 inches of rain and took his music studio again. Then comes the pandemic and so on and so on.
